I recently moved from Houston, TX to Oklahoma City, OK. I've had several experiences with moving companies in the past so this time around I was prepared to ask the right questions. My relocation coordinator Alex C. was amazing at walking me through the process and getting everything set up. He did a virtual tour via FaceTime and he was spot on with the estimate. They sent 4 guys out who did a great job packing everything up. The whole move took about a week which was perfect. They did send a different crew to handle the delivery and those guys did a fine job as well. I was pleased with the overall outcome minus a couple of scratches, but that was expected. I'm not going to deduct any stars for that because it's part of the deal. I highly recomend IVL to anyone looking for an moving company.

This is the 8th time I had to hire a mover so i'm no stranger to the process. I moved from Bronx, NY to Ft. Lauderdale, FL for a job opportunity. My company paid for the move so I didnt spare any expense. I wanted a quality company that packed well and followed through on everything they sold me on. The guys were fantastic! My sales rep Brian did a great job of getting everything set up and the move went well. They get 5 stars from me.

IVL was a good choice. Hired them for a small move to NY. Their reputation and the sales rep Brian is what sold me. I would use them again and refer them. I had no damage, hidden charges, lost or stolen items. This is the 3rd time I used a mover and IVL was the better of the 3.

I've moved several times with different moving companies. I've had good and bad experiences along the way and i'm happy I found IVL. Although not 100% perfect they were honest and worked very hard. I understand that delays happen and the occasional damage. They fixed whatever issues arised and at the end i was pleased with the out come and would use them again.

I recently moved for a new job opportunity in San Francisco. My company paid for the move so I needed to make sure I found a reputable company and not the cheapest I could find. There are a lot of horror stories about moving companies online, but I found IVL and they maintain a great reputation. I contracted with them in July on 2018 for my move. My sales rep Alex was wonderful. He went over all the details of the move and really took his time walking me through the process. The movers were amazing. They worked their butts off to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. I gave them a very nice tip and bought everyone lunch. I rec'd my goods about a week later and everything was fine. I was very pleased with the service I even reffered them to other employees in my company.

I don't have much to say other then I was pleased with the experience. I paid for a specific service and they delivered. I would use again.

This is the second time i had to move in two years and used IVL for both moves. I cant speak for anyone else but i myself had a pleasant experience. They maintained a very good reputation and i see why. Not everything went according to plan but they were quick to fix the situation that arised and i would use them again.
