I contracted with International Van Lines based on positive online reviews. I moved from PA to CA in March 2019. Their staff did over $2,000 worth of damage to my antique wood furniture, lost boxes of china, crystal, family heirlooms, and some old jewelry and silver went missing (even though the cases and stands these items were in arrived). After paying $15,000 for the move (much demanded in cash), my loss is estimated at $25,000. I was offered $500 if I signed their release form (which I refused to do), and am now said to be due around $100. The communication was terrible once I signed and sent the deposit, as was almost everything else. DO NOT USE INTERNATIONAL VAN LINES.

It's the 7th time I had to work with a mover. I consider myself somewhat of a vet when it comes to choosing companies because of my experiences. Several third-party consumer groups suggested them, so I gave them a shot, even though they were a bit more expensive. My move was a bit complex because I have 2 cars, a motorcycle, and a grand piano. As you can imagine the values were high so I had no room for error. IVL sent a 6 person crew and 2 trucks to my residence. The movers were amazing. They worked all day to make sure the good were packed and loaded correctly. My cars were shipped on , and all arrived okay. I had a couple of minor dings, but nothing crazy. Overall the guys performed better than what I expected. The delivery was on-time. I would rate them 5 stars due to the positive experience I had.

I recently had to move for the second time and hired IVL again. They did a great job on my first move so there was no reason for me to shop elsewhere. The team again did a fantastic job. No damage, no hidden charges, and overall a good experience. I would use them again if needed.

I had good service from IVL so I don't mind leaving them a positive review. The guys were on-time and did a fine job packing. All in all my experience went well and I would refer them. This is the 3rd time i've hired a moving company and by far the best experience I've had

This is the second time I've used International Van Lines, but didn't have a chance to leave a review the first time around. I hired them for a second move to NY simply based on the positive experience I had the first time around. Their movers went above and beyond my requests and I received everything with no damage. My rep Justin was really good at going over the details and being very straight forward with me. I would use again.

International Van Lines handled my move from NY to Miami, back in 2016. I recently had to move again and decided on IVL, simply because the job was well done. I'm no stranger to moving, in fact I had to hire movers on 8 different occasions throughout my life. The crews are great at their job and I never had to deal with issues like damage or hidden charges. I would use them again and again if needed. My sales rep was Justin Davis.

I hired International Van Lines for a move to San Francisco, back in 2007. I recently moved again and decided on IVL simply because they were solid. This move was from San Francisco to Austin, TX. My move was small (2 bedroom), but it's everything I own so I wanted to make sure things went smooth. They were a bit more expensive then the competition, but I did not mind paying the additional $200 for quality. My sales rep Justin was great at walking me through the move. I had zero damage or over charging. I would use them again.

After 23 years and a dozen military moves, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Their estimate was off by nearly $7000. We were unaware that estimating the cost of moves by cubic feet is a known scam. Only after they had our belongings did we realize that they had not loaded and packed the truck honestly. Also at that time, we realized they had failed to label most of the boxes. We were told they only label boxes if the customer requests it. The delivery driver emphatically denied that was true. Many pieces of furniture were damaged and we will file claims accordingly. As of now, they have stopped replying or following up on any promises they made to try and make things right. The “customer service” rep that dealt with us was the most unprofessional, rude, obnoxious person I’ve run across in a long while. His sarcastic, snarky replies never aimed to solve a problem or help the customer. His name is Jeremy Smith. Brian Stanley was my original contact but we stopped hearing from him once the truck was loaded and the cost went up so high. Run, don’t walk to ANY other moving company.
