They have an easy way to reach out (text message box on the dashboard) and respond fairly quickly (30-45 minutes) — they spend time answering the questions I have about marketing and their platform. Super personable and ready to help you based on your needs and your specific campaigns/account. Very happy so far with my campaign

I've been using this service for a couple weeks now, and so far everything feels great! They help you set everything up, but you are still in charge of how it all looks. Will definitely be using them in the future!
