So far, it’s been super easy to work with — it does require a basic understanding of how Meta Business Suite works, but once the integration is set up, it just runs. Fast, human support when you reach out is a huge plus!

Saw their ads online and hoped the service would be immediately helpful for marketing. I paid for the subscription, only to discover that it does not work at all without connecting a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account. This requirement was not clearly communicated before subscribing. I contacted support, and they stated that this was not their issue, refusing both assistance and a refund for the activated subscription. €30 for about 30 minutes of use, with no actual service provided. Money wasted.

Genuinely this service makes it extremely convenient to make meta ads. A great investment for having one less thing to think about in the process of releasing your music. Also the support team is extremely fast for responses and even pulled me in for a call to fix a issue regarding one of my campaigns. 5/5 in my opinion.

Customer service is excellent. I had an issue hooking my meta pixel up, and getting my videos uploaded correctly. They were willing to help me via chat on a Saturday Night at 10pm EST.
