Pffff I am so frustrated I don’t even know from where to start !!!! I’ve read the reviews just NOW unfortunately and I wanted to copy paste them here, the one that are true! STAY the f away from this crap ! It’s the biggest scam ever ! I have 1 week trying to cancel my membership and no one is answering I talked with someone on live chat and she was the rudest ever!!!!!!!! Not to mention i was lied, it’s £35 a month for membership and the prices for holidays are triple more expensive then anywhere else!! Website is full of errors and slow, people where complaining. I’m still waiting for my cancellation...

The best decision I have made in the past 18 month to join this franchise company and start my own independent travel business. Not only we travel as a family almost every months now thanks to this business opportunity, I also have many happy and repeating clients, I wouldn't be able to dream off, if it wasn't for InteleTravel. A support and training that we receive is always on a high level from the best partners in the industry and corporate team is always available to assist the agents with any query or challenge that we might face. I really don't get all the negative reviews. It must be from the people who have joined but didn't do anything with it and than complain that business doesn't work. Business works if you work it! I would highly recommend joining InteleTravel if you are thinking about becoming an independent travel agent. This is the highest paid company out there in terms of commission sharing and trust me, I have done my research.

I love this host agency! It’s been 3 years and I’m still happy! We truly have the highest commission paid in the industry as well as full flexibility to run our business the way we want to! We don’t have any minimums or quotas or contracts. Our customer service is amazing and our company always pays on time and helps us get paid from the supplier if there is an issue.

A fair opportunity for anyone. That’s what I love most, the bad reviews on here are 100% people who have joined and not put the work in. It’s an effort based business. You put the work in your get rewarded AMAZINGLY. I have booked over £90k worth of travel and always been paid on time, in fact I’ve even been paid early sometimes. I don’t know why there is so much hate on the marketing side. Yes it’s completely optional and zero pressure to do it , but I personally love that side of the business too. Someone offered me the opportunity while I was on maternity leave and it fits in perfectly around my children and my life. So I love being able to share that with people to help them do the same. This business model is genius and I would recommend anyone who’s thinking about it to give it ago. Because if you don’t try you will never know.

Signed Up as an Independent Agent and I wish I had came here to read the reviews before delving in 😔. The emphasis is on Planet Marketing and recruiting. I was only interested in earning travel commissions. They said 60 days for post travel for commission but 90 days is a kick in the butt... I have sent tickets inquiring about my commission and no response 14 days and going. I have submitted all my suppliers check details to show that commissions have been paid to Intele and no one responds. Customer service is pointless because they have these offshore people repeating that a response will take up to to 60 days. Now 60 days for an email response is quite bizarre 😳 🤔. Frustrating and I am currently looking at alternatives

I joined Inteletravel in 2023. I can honestly say that I have never been forced to "recruit" anyone to the business. You do not need to do the Plannet Marketing side of the business and can purely use the business to book travel for yourself or others. Your commissions get paid out to you after the holiday has taken place. I would rather this than the faff of having to give the money back should the customer cancel. BTW I have never experience not being paid. It is true that it is not always the cheapest option but that is business right? You go to a shop an item might be cheaper elsewhere. What sets your business apart would be the service you offer to the client. Since joining the business I have made my money back that I would be spending on annual subscription. It really hasn't been hard, no one has been on my back to even book any holidays. The training and support you get is amazing, I have learnt more in this business than I have completing my marketing degree. If you are going to let the bad reviews stop you from joining then I feel bad for you. You get money back if you choose to quit within 30 days and you can simply cancel.
