InteleTravel.comReviews of inteletravel.com

Used to be a part of this and it is well behind us. It is an American pyramid selling scheme, and if you're serious about getting into the travel business and making an income from it, then steer clear of this one. For the very little return you get, you have to fight for it, it took 18 months on one occasion and as others state, most commission is swallowed up by costs. If people think they can make money with InteleTravel then believe me, invest in a proper franchise and you’ll be making a fortune.

I have always had a good experience with Inteletravel. There was one occasion where there was a system glitch and money was taken but the booking didn’t go through. Customer service were great and the money was refunded straight away. I was as then able to finalise the booking. Would definitely use again.

I joined Inteletravel a year ago & I’ve loved it. I worked in Luxury Travel for 16 years before starting with Inteletravel. I love the huge range of partners we can work with and the large commission split we get. It’s so low cost for the amazing product & support we get!

SCAMMERS ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Was promised 30 day money back guarantee and they have dodged all communication and not paid up!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Intele travel and the service it has provided. I was an agent and cancelled my membership about 2/3 months ago after not having much business or support. Since then I have had nothing but trouble. I was told I would get my commission around 30-60 days after the holiday had occurred. I am still yet to solve the problem too. I was speaking to one lady today and she repeatedly told me it wasn’t registered when it 100% had been and then she cut me off. I was not rude and there was no reason for her to do this when all I said was that I know it was registered. I then had a lady, who told me I was being disrespectful when all I said was that all this rigmarole was getting ridiculous!! I am incredibly annoyed by the service and lack of help I have received when I was once an agent.

This company provides unparalleled training and support! There is always someone to reach out to or a resource to reference when building your business! I love it!

Just cancelled my membership after nearly a year. I booked several holidays for friends and family and the holidays are a lot more expensive than customers booking themselves IMO). I had regular issues with contacting Inteletravel to assist me with various things such as a cancellation of a holiday and also obtaining commissions which I am still waiting for since July 2024. The worst experience was that Inteletravel never paid a booking that was fully paid by the customer weeks before travel. It was cancelled 2 days before travel (as Intele did not pay it) but the customer/myself were not contacted. They arrived to a hotel booking that had been cancelled and had to pay again (direct to hotel) to stay before they received a refund the following day. I got no assistance whatsoever by Intelletravel (would not even speak to me on the phone) and to this day my complaint has not been resolved. I tried to explain this to other agents on a group chat and it has been deleted so they clearly do not wish for others to be aware of problems encountered. My advice is not to join this agency as it is more stress than it’s worth.

I have been with Intele for 3 years now. I am shocked to read these negative reviews. Many of the reviews are clearly from people who dont know what they are talking about so I doubt actually in the business. If people have not got their commission it is because the have not trained properly and followed the procress. I nor anyone in my team has had an issue. Many people just operate as an ITA and are not involved in the selling of the business. It is an unfortunate that Gemma Martinez used the brand to undertake her fraud but she could have said she worked for any company. We dont handle money so why were people paying her directly. This is a low cost opportunity to work in travel. There is no lock in period, targets or quotas and excellent training and support and the perks of being a travel agent are worth it alone.
