Some of these negative reviews are ridiculous
Intele travel is a business and they advertise fees up front. They are not an entity just set up to give you cheap holidays or free cash, you have to use it properly and work hard to get bookings. (And also get cheap travel in the process). It is a travel agent business and if you're only using it for personal holidays it may well not be worth it. They always pay commission. Some suppliers are quicker than others typically 30_60 days after travel. If you are in a flow with many bookings then it won't matter. Sometimes you go a few weeks with nothing then loads come in at once. Well worthwhile if you use it a a travel business which is what it is!!

Pros & Cons
I have been with Inteletravel for 18 months now and with any venture there are pros and cons -
The Pros -
1 You get commission on every sale - I have never not received the commission for any sale I have made.
2 There are great deals for personal travel - since joining I have gone from one holiday a year to 4 this year , simply because I got great discounts.
3 The on line training is endless - you can dip and out whenever you want meaning you can learn the business at your own pace.
4 There is no pressure to meet any sales targets or to sign up any other agents - the amount of travel you sell or the number of people you invite to join the business is strictly down to you
5 A good supportive upline means a lot - you will always have someone who can answer any queries, or point you in the right direction.
The Cons -
1 You have to be very motivated and be able to put the time and effort into what ultimately is your business- you get out what you put in , it’s a simple as that!
2 Many of the seminars or training days fall on a week day which makes them hard to attend if you are just starting out and are working a full time job.
3 If you don’t have a good supportive up line you can feel very lonely and overwhelmed.
This is not for everyone and not everyone will have good experiences but for me - so far, so good.

Outsider looking in!
Outsider looking in!
I owned a competitor franchise yeaaaars ago & it's all about how much work you want to put into your business and the professional customer service you want give to your clients. I have read a large majority of these reviews only to determine that the ones with severe issues come from the actual travel agent and not the overall company. I don't have any suggestions on how to resolve an issue with an individual agent, those responses are better dealt with on a case by case basis. Don't let a bad apple spoil your experience with someone that is really good at providing customers with great service and insider information (yes it really is a thing!). And NO not everyone is cut out to literally work with the public! Just choose another agent! Life is too short! Be blessed!

I have booked a few trips and even to
I have booked a few trips and currently even to my ROI in only a few months. This is not one of those "things". You receive a 1099 and I'm sure suppliers with a exceptional reputation would not partner with one of those "things" 30-day money back guarantee is real! Try out the business, no quotas you get out what you put in, it's that simple

Not a lover, not a hater!
AN HONEST REVIEW TO MANAGE EXPECTATIONS! I’m sure if you’re here, it’s because you was like me 6 months ago and wondered whether this company is legit! I was still nervous when I decided to sign up and used my credit card just in case! Well I can definitely vouch for the fact that this is 100% a legitimate company with legitimate travel accreditations and credentials. I’ve also come to realise that things such as ABTA (such an important protection for anyone going on holiday) aren’t easy to come by in the travel industry and some big names do not hold this (think about beach and love!!), so Intele must be doing something right and remaining reputable as ABTA hold a strict code of conducts to adhere to, to protect the consumer.
That said the company doesn’t come without some issue, but I’m guessing that like any company or anything in life nothing is perfect. Did I have a problem with my first commission payment, yes, but did it get resolved and paid yes! To be fair there is quite a set process for entering bookings for commission and admittedly I don’t think I registered it correctly, so my fault technically, oops but I was a newbie. It was a bit of a procedure to get it resolved, but live chat answered me instantly and my emails responded with, within a couple of days (that timeframe could be improved)
Are there savings to be had, absolutely I’ve had some great ones, but that’s not for everything! I was going to a family wedding abroad in the summer and unfortunately couldn’t get it cheaper on agent rate, but again no company can be cheapest all of the time I guess. So I take my wins where I get them.
The back office booking system is a little dated, but I’ve seen they are currently upgrade this and will be launching a new system soon, so things are definitely improving in that area.
I now book for my friends and family and have worked with some great suppliers, extremely helpful and friendly, one’s such as Hoseason, Royal Caribbean, Ingham’s, Olympic holiday just to name a few you’d have heard of (there’s loads though) and know of to be reputable, that reassured me enough when I made me first couple of bookings, as they wouldn’t work with a company that was some sort of pyramid scheme or scam! My mum went on an Olympic Holiday I booked for her and she was well looked after, no issue and even had a room upgrade on arrival!
There are some people that sell this business correctly (I’m part of the CFCF team within intele and honestly it’s been very informative and supportive!). However I think some people sell this business like is gold dust or a get rich quick scheme. Yes you can earn decent money from this business, if your prepared to work for it and yes you can get savings, but you do have to be prepared to look around and you do have to realise InteleTravel can’t always get the cheapest rates!

Great introduction into travel
I left Inteletravel after 1 year to sign with a different agency - purely because I couldn't work with the suppliers I wanted too and therefore I just wasn't competitive enough. That said its a great company for knowledge and training and if you get a good relationship with your upline and be part of a supportive group on WhatsApp there's never an unanswered question. Leaving wasnt an issue - a simple email and they confirmed cancellation immediately and all my commissions have been correct and on time. Zoe in customer services was always quick to respond to any queries so I would say coupled with low monthly fees this is definitely a great introductory company to see if you actually want to grow in the industry. It taught me alot in my early days - I just out grew it.

Don't listen to the negative reviews
Firstly, I think the reviews for this company are mixed with USA and UK.
I joined InteleTravel (UK) back in March 2022 and at first I thought 'what have I signed up to?!' but that is 100% normal.
I am building a client base to book travel for others and I can 100% say you don't have to recruit, you don't have to book for others, you can just book for yourself, IT'S COMPLETELY UP TO YOU! There is so much freedom and flexibility.
I have given them a 4 star because yes, the commission could be paid quicker at times and there are things that could improve, but I am seeing them continuously improve to better the company, i.e. new escalation routes for commission queries.
It does all depend on who brought you into the business and how much support they are providing and I CANNOT fault my upline and directors. They are second to none! The only reason for the negative reviews here are the people who joined and expected quick money, it doesn't work like that. WORK on building a client base if you want to book for others, WORK on sharing the business if you want to earn uncapped money - I can guarantee you will benefit from this if you do it correctly.

I was saw this on FB and made…
I was saw this on FB and made inquiries. I have watched a few of the meetings and listened to the Q&A. Also reading the reviews everyone says how much they have saved since starting 4-6 months ago but nobody says roughly how much they have made in that time. Really interested but very sceptical. Could someone answer this for me please. Many thanks.
