Stay away!! These people are inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing! Stick to a proper travel agent who will have had years of experience. The 5 star reviews on here are from reps trying to boost the score

All the 5 star reviews are by PlanNet Marketing reps - they get paid every time they recruit someone so of course they are going to put rave reviews. From my experience: -travel commissions never paid on time. -travel commissions never as much as advertised. This was the same for my “team”. -hidden fees like the hyperwallet fee, card charge fee, withdrawal fee. -awful customer service on the travel side. Customers had issues and no one would help me. When I asked for help in the official agents group my post was removed. -cult like mentality and cult like calls. -huge focus on recruiting new members. Very little focus on travel. -travel was actually more expensive when booking for clients. I could go on… My personal opinion is that people are using Inteletravel as a front for the recruitment MLM scheme PlanNet Marketing. Even if you just join to book travel you have to sing up via a PlanNet rep, who then gets paid, so you always fall into a downline. When you get involved you soon realise that they aren’t booking travel. There is a heavy incentive to recruit others into the scheme and create your own pyramid. 7 way of earning are through recruiting. If the money being earned is purely from recruitment then this is nothing more than a pyramid scheme in disguise. Check out the income disclosure statement. 78% earn nothing and of those that do earn, 92% get $41 annually…

This is a s**t company sorry for my words but with another words it is impossible! Nobody said me that they will take from me every month 35£ and when I said that I want to leave this company they didn't refund me the started 142£ for I don't know what and the f***g 35£ which I paid first month don't believe in them 🤮

I have been an ITA since August 2020, making a full time income based on commission. It took a couple years of hard graft, starting any business can be challenging at times especially when we didn’t anticipate lockdown to continue for so long! Inteletravel have been amazing in supporting me, it’s a shame to see so many scam remarks!

I have been in the business for nearly 8 months, I’ve had great support from the team and travel community. I’ve saved so much on my travel as well as my friends and family holiday. It all depends on how much work you put into your business

Where do I start, I was a travel agent for a year and your higher ups definitely make money off your bookings so they only way for you to make money is to recruit people or book a £500+ holiday every 2 weeks? 1) Who is going on that many holidays? 2) Prices aren't competitive 3) Takes over 9 months to pay our commission and even then very poor money! Save yourself your money and book direct with hotels if you're that scared of love holidays

I was contacted by Ann Yates, InteleTravel for European trip 2025, after I had submitted a requesst on InteleTravel site. Her IATAN # 10548020, ASTA # 900303622 which I later received upon request. I will not be providing exact itinerary; i.e. country, locations, dates, attractions for my own safety and security. In my communication, I provided her with very specifics on itinerary; dates, flight information, cities to visit, attractions desired, hotels desired and more. I stated that I was outside the dates to book many of these, but wanted to provide her with adequate time .I basically had done all the ground work for her. I also requested a phone appointment to discuss further. She ignored my request for phone appointment. I was surprised to hear from her in a short period of time. I was further SHOCKED of the inadequate and incompetent partial itinerary. She sent me an invoice for almost $15,000 nonrefundable, non changeable with a required down payment, stating I had declined travel insurance. It was NEVER offered. She COMPLETELY missed the mark! For this amount, she DID NOT include any flight itinerary, transport within the region to different locations and only part of the hotels needed, many attractions missing. She also changed numerous details and DID NOT follow my suggested itinerary; hotel change, complete rearrangement of my suggested itinerary, other items completely left out. She commented she made changes and switched up the itinerary without any communication to me prior. FURTHER MORE, SHE HAD THE DATES COMPLETELY WRONG. She sent an invoice and only some information for the wrong month! How could any intelligent person get this wrong! I then contacted her via email making a second request for phone appointment. She did reply, refusing a phone appointment stating she was too busy in the mornings and I could "try" to contact her in the afternoon. Stay away from this uninformed, unprofessional, supposed specialty travel person. Ann Yates is extremely Incompetent!

Since joining this business, I have not looked back. Like with any business you have to put the work in. But there is no other business where you get as much training and support as this. I agree with other reviews, you do not get paid travel commission until the holiday is taken. This is the same as estate agents when they sell a house! You'll honestly love this business if you love travel!
