Work was only available 3 to 4 hours from my location (unless they'd lied bout that too) I'm in a huge City I emailed to ask why I cannot work where my friend is working so we can save on fuel (SHE'S BEEN $60 A DAY FOR UBER) they told me I was not eligible to work at a warehouse because I've never worked for them before? HAHAHA don't waste your time you'll just get tons of notices on your phone your phone will be pinging non-stop for jobs that are 5 to 6 hours away from you even though they say that you can mark it down 25 miles no it don't matter they'll still send you notices... Even after I went through the trouble to contact all my ex employers and my ex co-workers BECAUSE THIS STUPID APP COMPANY INSIST ON HAVING EVERYBODY'S INFORMATION!!!!! and they all vouch for me...!!!!! even after all that trouble I made all my friends and employers go through as well as invites from people working at said warehouse ridiculous don't do it and cause yourself embarrassment they are just fishing for information fishing to get your information fishing to get your co-workers information and fishing to get your employers information they need to be banned

I don’t know how this fraud company still operational. They are the the worst scam artists I’ve ever seen. In the YEARS that I had the app, I’ve only been able to get a few shifts. Never late, always prepared, always a manager favorite and going above and beyond. Yet the blacklisted me from getting shifts? I reached out to see what was the issue, and their customer service is non-existent. You can forget about hearing anything back from anyone.

I have a worse review they don’t pay you work that you done.!!!!! I have work for 5 yrs and never got pay for a sick day.. and it’s all about favoring people Alicia !!! Maria !!! Margarita !!! All this people if they don’t like you they get you of there list …. They don’t care about the workers they love all the lacy people that go to work and all the hard working people they treat them with racism… oh wait and my money got hack and they play me for months this all my personal things were out on the streets for not being able to pay rent because Intawork was getting there account hack and the they game me the run around that it was my bank and it was probably and inside job just like right now the block me because they don’t want to pay me 3 days that I when to work at the warehouse in city of industry DoorDash Acc.. 12/2024

First time that I worked through Instawork it was cool. Then I did this shift at the warehouse job called Shakelee where they have racist supervisors and talk/treat the workers like their slaves. One supervisor talked and treated me like I was some garbage off the street and sent me home. Whatever he wrote in the Instawork app got my account deactivated and Instawork said I can’t never work for them again. Never got my side of the story and there isn’t no customer service. I have a lawsuit against the warehouse and will soon have it against Instawork because how dare you. Never work for them! Go to Upshift or somewhere else before working for Instawork!

I did a job and was promised a specific number of hours, upon arrival I'm told it's less hours then promised. I then demand to get the hours I signed up for, work, and wait to get paid. It's been over a month now, and I haven't gotten paid. I have demanded countless times over their "chat" that they resend a check, deposit my money into my bank account, anything. They stopped responding after I threatened to report them to officials. NEVER do work through this company. Ever.

When I started to work with Insta work it was going well. And I was scheduled at the venue when I reached there guy told me wait 15 minutes. He came back and said I'm at the back paid. So my shift was canceled. I said okey. Right after 5 minutes they opened another position which I was highly capable of, i accepted shift and went back, but I was not able to get in. 2days earlier I was working with chef they all were high with some Substances. And did not have any right equipments ( like gloves,hand washing soap, heat resistant gloves ) which I got burnt my arm. It was in frost center San Antonio. When I reported this issue with Insta work, They blocked me from platform. I'm looking forward to get legal help on this matter. Since they have not provided me any information what did I do wrong .

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was scheduled for a coaching interview, but it began four hours late, which was unprofessional and inconvenient. Instead of a proper interview, I was subjected to a test filled with nonsensical and irrelevant questions that lacked any meaningful purpose. After this experience, I decided to delete my account the same day. Upon further research, I found multiple negative reviews across various platforms, including the Better Business Bureau and other consumer organizations. The feedback consistently highlights disorganization and poor practices. This company has terrible reviews, and my experience aligns with these concerns. I believe others should be warned about their lack of professionalism and credibility.

Just another greedy app developer who thought of a "good idea" and just sits back collecting money without paying a customer service team, or even so much as a tech support team, to actually make sure the app continues to be effective and beneficial. I have tried every possible troubleshooting solution to get this app to actually work correctly, and it's not. Their customer service is completely nonexistent. They do not have anyone to reach out to! I even tried the partnerships email and that is no longer a valid email address. I'm disgusted by this greedy app developer! I'm going to take this as a blessing in disguise after reading all the other terrible reviews.
