If I could give them 0 stars I would absolutely the worst to try to work for I've got many years fork lift experience and wasn't approved for fork lift work never served food a day in my life but was approved for food service when trying to ask about this ran into the same problem every one has there non existent don't understand no circumstances work for or give work to this useless company if ya can call them a company

No customer service if you need help can not get a human to respond at all

I don’t understand this company. They don’t have a support team. If you run into a problem, any problem at all, especially one that requires you to contact Instawork, then they will be nonexistent. It’s crazy. I’ve sent in multiple support tickets through the app, I’ve emailed every address that I can find that’s associated with them, and I’ve messaged all of their social media. All in all, I’ve received no messages back from them, not even a read receipt. I’m guessing they can’t afford a support team so they’re trying to solve all of their support issues with their bot and their FAQs page.

Just pray you don't have a family emergency. They will deactivate you and not pay you.

I have sent in job applications for which I am well qualified and have not heard back! I contacted Instawork's non-existent "customer support" and no one has answered me for months! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time with this app!

Instawork doesn't care about your qualificationsor me as a hard worker. I never received not one refferal monies. My status is sketchy . They send you far from your location instead of sending job near your location. When you have an issue no one responds until days later . They blocked me from access to my paystubs no one to contact. It use to be popping but smh lately.Now I barely see jobs cause I brought it up . 9-7-24 again instawork listen to a lying partner now I'm suspended again woke up out my bed to be deceived and betrayed 🙄
