I’ve been using Insight Pest Solutions for about two years now. They have provided, excellent, not just very good but excellent, customer service from their sales people, office employees, and definitely the technicians that have been to my house to service. I have never in 40+ years of pest control service experienced a company this reliable and successful at getting my home and property pest free, including rats, mice, ants of all kinds, yellow jackets and hornets. If there is a hatching, new hornet nest, or rat attempt at entering, that happens in between house visits, I can call and they will schedule a visit to deal the problem at no extra charge. They do all this using safe chemicals and procedures that keep my pets and wildlife here on Whidbey Island safe from harm. I have never worked with a more courteous, knowledgeable, and dedicated pest company, in all the years of trying to keep my home safely rat free. They respect nature, and the wildlife that live here.

Salesman Justin made several false promises during his visit, claiming that the technician would spray behind electrical outlets and into the walls. However, when the service technician arrived, he informed us that no such service exists. Justin also assured us that crack sealing was included, but the technician stated that this is not a service they offer either.
