I signed in June '24 for 12 months as this type of pest control is not a one shot type of pest control. It works best to maintain and service regularly. I had no service after September. They explained that my city will not accept their type of pest control. Not sure why. Nontheless, I paid and received only 2 sessions and nothing else. I was never notified that they wanted to cancel my contract I had to pursue them to find out why I was not serviced and their reply was that they would not charge me a cancelation fee. A fee for what? There is no more service. If I canceled they charge, but if they cancel, no refund. Wasted my money and will never refer them. I actually referred them to 3 people and Insight never followed up with them. I will have to find a company that cares about clients. They certainly didn't.
