Excellent service from Faycal, Bravo and Merci. Listened to our needs and proposed a great strategy for our home & gardens.

We just started the work with Insight this morning. Joginder is knowledgeble and went over the steps and details of the work. We are hopefully going to have a great summer, free of rodents, spiders and ants around the house. Thanks!

Bon service.

Trevor was a very knowledgeable and thorough technician with a friendly demeanour.

Our technician Sidhant Suri did a great job today. Communication was good and provided comprehensive service. Thank you.

Sidhant was the technician this time. It's usually Gary. I was at work and he called as I requested. I confirmed he knew where access to my crawl space was. He sprayed for insects and Carpenter ants as I had issues last year. Also hung wasp bait accordingly as I had eves troughs etc done and came across many combs. He was pleasant and thorough. Also, the company emails the work done to me. Which I think is great to have for my records.

BEWARE! Fast talking salesman, misrepresent actual quarterly costs and charge massive fees to cancel. Bad customer service, steer clear!

Abminav (Tindal) was a pleasure to have as my guy today. Competent and knowledgeable, he took care of all my bait traps, got rid of my spiderwebs, sprayed for spiders and ants, and even set up a new wasp trap "bag" for those pesky yellowjackets!! Woule recommend this gentleman to anyone needing service on their property.
