Each technician has been respectful and helpful when they visit our home. Recently Josh H came to treat our property for boxelder bugs. He spent time discussing with me how he would treat the area and about the bugs. After he treated the area he checked in with me and told me not to hesitate to call again if need be. Thank you Josh, great job.

My elderly step-father signed up for a service option that we did not need. And it was very over-priced. And I don't know if he realized that the service was ongoing and not one-time. I feel that he was deceived. Very dissatisfied.

David Burton was a very good sales person. I signed an agreement for a service for $189 at my front door. I later noticed there was an additional charge of $189. It was not clear to me that I was signing for a future service as well. I called the office in Toronto the next day and cancelled all services current and future. It was very easy to cancel. I spoke with Crystal who was very helpful and immediatly cancelled my agreement.

We had the pleasure of meeting Cole today, as our technician from Insight. Cole was knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and gave us more value than we had expected. I would highly recommend Cole as your technician from Insight. I didn't think they made them like that anymore. Thank You for the service. Jim H. St. Andrews,

Our technician Cole was knowledgeable and behaved professional. He answered all of our questions and was very polite and attentive when listening to our concerns regarding ants and spiders. He took his time to show and explain what he was going to do and where applications were being put. Cole was patient when listening.
