The shipping time is horrible to be honest, but im liking the quality of the prints so far:) the white borders around the print (I might’ve just overseen the option to remove them) seem awfully big/downsize the actual detail and quality of the prints, and it seems like there’s more white border than actual art to enjoy

Way too expensive. I ordered a simple print and i cost me already a LOT and when i came to pick it up, i had to pay taxes for 16€. Maybe it's because it's not an european company but at least, say something before sending the print. And pull that just for a miserable print, it's not even A4, i'm really disappointed.

Hi! We note the possibility of import tax at checkout. Please note that cost is levied by the receiving country and unrelated to shipping. We also have the dimensions in inches listed on every product page.

I ordered a sticker, it said 2-10 days. I ask if there’s any update on the sticker 2 1/2 weeks later as it’s still in production. They said it’s shipping now. Sticker finally arrives miscut. It’s a round sticker, they cut it in a square. Fine. I can cut it in a circle but the square cut is into the artwork on all sides. I have tried contacting cs 5 times,by both email and on their social media over 2 weeks and at this point I really believe I’m being ignored. With shipping it was a $14 sticker and I feel bad for the artist that their work is being shipped out like this.

I ordered 4 small art prints which were terrible quality, very blurry images. The person from this company who I was emailing with completely ignored my mention of the quality issues (they did not say anything regarding it and did not request that I provide photos of the prints). I was also charged $20 extra upon delivery of these 4 tiny pieces of paper because (according to the post office worker I spoke to who looked into this issue for me on their end) this company ships things weirdly/incorrectly and DHL went about it in a way that costs Canadian customers extra money because (and once again, this is what the actual postal worker who gave me my package told me) DHL hands packages off to Canada Post and then charges Canada Post a second delivery fee that then the customer is forced to pay. I order online from the US very often, and this was a very tiny, almost weightless package that definitely should not have acquired extra charges. I contacted customer service about both of these issues and they did absolutely nothing and were not helpful at all.

Hi Emma! We appreciate your feedback. Just to add some details to clarify info on your initial and then updated review. We heard your concern and we thank you for sending a photo of the label on the package. The label showed there was a COD for import tax that was levied by Canada Post on behalf of the receiving country. DHL paid this in advance for you to help expedite delivery. There was no additional shipping or transit fees and we note the possibility of import for international orders at checkout. COD charges are never ‘additional shipping costs’. The itemized amounts showing the import tax and the brokerage fee are listed on the shipment you sent a photo of. We are so sorry the representative from Canada Post gave you incorrect info. We know how frustrating that can be. Also please note that import is calculated via value of the shipment. Not by weight or size. CA Post should have conveyed that additional information to help clarify the itemized receipt. The prints ordered were our micro prints that are 4 x 5 inches and your concern about them being blurry was brought up after we noted we couldn't refund import fees. We were waiting for images of any possible issues with the prints but never heard back. We’re still happy to look into that for you. We understand import fees can be surprising, and unwelcome, it looks like this was your second order and your prior order was shipped via the same method and service. The fee and import was also charged and collected on your prior order in the same manner. Beautiful artwork by Juniper Nielsen! Professionally reproduce and packaged for shipping although one print hidden. Susanne in customer service very responsive to that issue. Thank you!
