Great prints, nothing to say about that, but if you're in Europe, you'll have to pay tariffs on it. And I only learnt that on the day of deliverance.

The shipping time is horrible to be honest, but im liking the quality of the prints so far:) the white borders around the print (I might’ve just overseen the option to remove them) seem awfully big/downsize the actual detail and quality of the prints, and it seems like there’s more white border than actual art to enjoy

Today was the last day of the quoted 5-7 business days for standard production of a print. Had I known that was an inaccurate time frame, I would have either paid for expedited production and shipping or gone to another vendor that is comparable or lower in price than INPRNT, that would have delivered on their quoted time line. I'm waiting for my print (that will arrive after the holiday I purchased it for) and will update once received. In my experience in project management, and customer experience, always over estimate production times by about 10% so you don't end up looking like liars or false advertising.

I've ordered from them several times now for large acrylic, metal, and canvas prints. The prints are done in a timely fashion and shipped with great protective packaging, but I've noticed the quality isn't consistent. The first time I ordered from them about a year ago was an acrylic print, which came with chipped edges and trapped dust (or air bubbles) inside the print. Fortunately, customer support was very helpful and I eventually received a good replacement. I ordered two more metal prints this past June. One of them looked perfect, while the other had a long hairline scratch near the bottom. I didn't contact support for this since it wasn't really noticeable at a distance. My most recent order was for a metal and canvas print in August. The metal print had a dent near the bottom and the canvas print was misaligned. Customer support was kind and sent replacements for both, but the replacement canvas was even more misaligned than the first. Customer support did say they would look into it (it's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard back yet), but I don't really want another replacement at this point as I feel like it'll just have problems again. It's a shame I have problems nearly every time I order - the colors and print clarity are great otherwise. A lot of artists I follow only sell with INPRNT so I don't have any alternatives if I want to buy their artwork! Maybe my expectations are just too high??

Update: after posting about not ever receiving my package on TrustPilot and filing with the better business bureau, I was contacted by inprnt and they aggressively made sure we were expedited the canvas we had ordered. No explanation was given as to why our order wasn’t previously filled other than there was a glitch at their end. Also no explanation was given as to why none of my emails to them were ever received, only that they never got them. The emails were sent through their form on their website under their help link. I updated their rating to 3 stars because I did finally receive my order (3 months later) and they gave us a 15% discount for the delay. I appreciated the attention given to make sure we got our order. The quality of the canvas was very good. But I would be nervous to order from them in the future. My experience with Inprnt has been very frustrating. I ordered an 8x11 print and a 12x18 canvas of the same print. Only the 8x11 print arrived. Inprnt notified me that my order had been delivered and hasn't responded to any communication since about the canvas that never arrived. They only provide a support email that they don't respond to (the phone number just has a recorded message that tells you to email them). I can't get them to respond to anything--not even requests for a refund. Do not order from them! They responded quickly to my review—but I’ve been trying to reach them at their support email for 2 months with no response. They are now claiming that they don't have a ticket number with my email address even though they emailed me three different times to confirm my order, say it had shipped, and say it had been delivered. All three emails included my order number and was sent to my email address. I have replied to their inquiry about my order and included screenshots of each email they sent regarding my order complete with order number. I will get screenshots of my messages on their site that said they’d respond in 2 business days as well. Im responding on here because apparently this is where they check their customer’s issues. I’ve had more response here than anywhere on their website support.

First, I’m sure the prints are good, but I wouldn’t know because I still haven’t gotten mine! I get that these things can take long but you can’t just say that the shipments take “3-5” days when they are absolutely nowhere within that range. It’s misleading and just straight up lying. Other people I know have had this similar experience. I’m nearing a month now with basically no update. Presumably my order is still being worked on as USPS is “waiting for the package.” The website needs to be updated with a more realistic timeline for orders to be fulfilled.

Don’t order on Black Friday if you were hoping to get your order before Christmas. Their printing and packing times have slowed way down and DHL, their choice of shipper, loves to reroute packages all over the continental US. I can expect my holiday cards to become New Years cards this year. Their discounts are also never worth waiting for. Some other issues I’ve had with them: — If an artist has a minor discount going on their whole shop, INPRNT won’t take additional discount codes from the artist or let you choose to apply the larger discount. — I had a whole stack of cards arrive dented and bent last year, which I’ve never had happen with any other print seller, including independent artists. And again, I couldn’t get a new pack because I needed to send out my holiday cards like the day they finally arrived. I certainly hope the eight business days INPRNT took to package my order this year was spent on applying some bend-prevention boards. I still order from INPRNT because my favorite artists are on there but I wish they weren’t. Hope this review helps someone else temper your expectations.

Pros: - Good quality prints for their prices - Great way to support artists and buy their artwork - Has international shipping albeit long Cons: - Long processing/delivery times even more so if you live outside of the US - The packaging felt a little flimsy for international shipping - the cardboard wasn't really that helpful and soaked through because of the rain - My prints came scuffed in the corners and a little damp because of the rain but the actual part where the print was is fine - Not much communication from them at all after order was placed, I manually checked on their website to see what was going on with my order It was a decent experience and I probably won't be buying from them again unless its a last resort, mainly because of their packaging to be honest. If it was a little studier and more reinforced then it would've been perfect. I don't mind the waiting times because they're pretty transparent about that (at least with international shipping times). I placed my order on the 17th of February and received it on the 7th of March.
