Avoid at all costs this company. I finally received my order after more than a month. The delivery time was supposed to be 10 days maximum. I also had to pay an additional customs tax of 10€ which was not even mentioned as a possibility when I placed the order on their website. They never replied to my emails. The DHL tracking doesn't update you on where your order is, and you end up thinking it's just lost. Trust all the bad, terrible reviews they don't even bother to give a plausible explanation to and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You'll notice by yourself they also have some of their artists complaining about how they run their website. Absolutely unprofessional

I've been an artist on INPRNT for around six months. While uploading artwork and creating listings is straightforward, and the pricing seems fair, I'm disappointed by the platform’s approach to feedback. With negative reviews here on Trust Pilot outnumbering positive ones by 3:1, INPRNT’s dismissive responses to artist complaints are concerning. Not a single reply acknowledges or takes responsibility for service issues. INPRNT, please listen to your artists—without us, there’s no platform.

Great customer service. They helped me out big time, with a fast and very customer oriented service. They went the extra mile and helped me more thank I could‘ve asked for, with a problem they didn‘t even had to bother with. That‘s how you take care of people!

I haven't received my order yet and I can already tell you not to deal with this company. Just after finishing my order, I realized that the address was wrong, and they DON'T HAVE A WAY TO CHANGE IT. I can't stress this enough: my order hasn't shipped yet, they surely haven't finished preparing it yet, and they don't have an option to change it like every other normal company? So I go to cancel it and guess what? They don't have an option to cancel it. Ridiculous company, I will never deal with them in the future. EDIT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: don't trust what they're saying, I went to their site in order to change the shipping adress both on mobile and on my PC, and it specifically says the shipping address CAN'T BE CHANGED ONLINE. I have a screenshot to prove it in case anyone's interested.

I purchased a sweet print & rather than framing it myself (time=money) I sprung for the ready-to-hang acrylic block and I couldn't be happier. I'm impressed with the quality of the work and the professional mounting system. I came to INPRNT via the online shop of an illustrator whose work I admired and stepped into an art wonderland. I'll be back!

Above and beyond. That’s how I would describe the service and products I receive from INPRNT, they are always above and beyond my expectations. Always a pleasure to work with, always satisfied with how amazing these prints turn out.

My order was delivered in the time frame promised, art looked good, really impressed with the paper quality and coloring, and the tiny prints are so cute!
