Machine works good. In hot weather it can have some issues if the temperature outside is over 100 degrees F. I have not used it when it has been 20 below but I think it might have problems at that temperature. Both temperatures exceed its recommended operating range for ambient temperature. I have two machines. Not having a backup is not acceptable. I alternate each machine each day and they both perform good. Its best feature is the ability to use it on commercial airline flights. I extended the shoulder strap and added a waist strap. That has made the machine much more confortable to use. I spend 6-8 hours each day doing outside lawn and garden work. Not much has changed from the days when I did not need supplemental oxygen. It has been a good investment in lifestyle.

Love the unit which truly gives me freedom again. Only thing I'm not happy about is the 2 hour charge only last about 1 hour and 40-45 minutes on 2. Then exchange old one for charged one. Need to get the larger cell and/or extra charger.

I like it a lot. Helps my husband to be able to go a few more places. With the oxygen.

Screen goes blank sporadically and cannot read it...I paid additional for lifetime warranty and nothing was said about replacing cylinders 1x per year at $100 each time. I would think for $3500 they could include a set or two. Not sure it’s working at times. Not thrilled with this unit for what it cost. When you call with question or complaint you feel like a bother and don’t get answers. Unit feels like it overheats not so sure it even works correctly. Would not recommend for what it costs.

I have had the greatest of service with my Inogen System . When I need supplies . I receice them in a timlely manner. There personnal are all very pleasant,.

I feel my Inogen was sold to me at too high of a price. My friend at church has recently bought the same portable unit I have and Medicare help her with the cost.

Inogen has allowed me to be in the mountains where we have a cabin. I use it at all outdoor activities-hiking, fishing, & just being outside. I have a large concentrator in the cabin.
