Purchased the Inogen One G-4 because my husband and I travel. The small size makes it very easy to pack and use on the road. I use it at home occasionally too, to keep the batteries charged and ready to go. The only problem I had with this machine, was when we were in the mountains, and it did not work so well. I'm not sure why, but the connections didn't stay connected right. Otherwise, and everywhere else we have been, it has worked very well for me.

I have used it many times. Use it when i walk. It gives me the freedom to get out and about to do what I want to do. I live close to the rocky mountains and can now go up there and enjoy.

Love how light weight the new one is.

The machine is very good. I have some experience with oxygen, for about 8 yrs. As far as other issues, I had 1 big service problem and I paid for 100% warranty. That was more difficult than it should have been. I really expected better from them. I paid cash and paid retail. They should have been more responsive. It was stressful and not what we need at this point in our lives.

The machine is great, but one trip to town requires both batteries for me. I have learned to have bottled oxygen on hand in my car to be on the safe side. All in all, I'm glad I have my Inogen. Thank you, Gayle

Best product in the business and they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

I would like a little more time without being plugged in. Six hours is just not enough a lot of the time. Other than that time restraint I love it. Thank you.

The company helped me get the credit I needed to get my oxygenator, though I do wish they made getting replacement batteries cheaper......etc....as my batteries are going bad, but all in all they are a great company.
