I purchased on line and through their phone operators. The operator was very knowledgeable and I purchased the G4. This device was used to travel. After purchasing we discovered the G4 did not meet stressful or long term expectations. Inogen was unable to help with a change out or offer any credit in a change out to a G3. After being shut down by Inogen I found the owner of O2Relief in Irvine by luck on a Saturday. He was able to help us review all options and change out my G4 for the G3. While I was not made financially whole, I did get a good buy on the G3. Both products have been dependable but know needs, the extra weight in G3 (2.5lbs) is worth more versatility and options.

More freedom to do what I want when I want

excellent service. Yola was a great help. and I appreciate Ray's follow up call to ensure that everything was OK and that they had done all they could to ensure that everything was done corrrectly. When you rely on oxygen equipment such as we do, there is no good alternative. it is comforting that there are people that we have like you to help. thank you so much.

The Stationary and portable generators both work very well. I am thinking about purchasing a second stationary generator, as a back-up unit.

I like their products but no warranty offered on stand alone concentrator

Display of percent of charge should be brighter to be seen.

I have two Inogen units and have had excellent results with both units.

Immediate replacement of equipment. That failed. Your carry case does not protect battery. Had to buy new as it cracked.
