Love my inogen, but after using for a while, something happened and it stopped working. I sent it back for repair or replacement. The 1st replacement did not work and the 2nd replacement did not work and finally the 3rd replacement worked. This was frustrating, but I love the inogen enough that I got over my frustration.

I’m happy with the Inogen g2 however I wish that the roller was lighter...I have back issues so getting in and out of the car I have to have help.... I need the roller as the Inogen is heavy by itself...

When the battery is completely used, changing the battery will not make the unit usable . You have to plug the unit into a AC source to get it started then the battery will work. My problem is that I did not have the AC adapter in my carry on so I had to use the airlines oxygen supply for the last 2.5 hrs. Of my flight . Then the airlines called for EMS people to meet the plane which was very embarrassing . Anyway you need to fix the battery problem. Duke Houama

The batteries do not last and they cost more than the Inogen. I have an Inogen and no btteries as I cannot afford the price of them, AND, they only live for a short time therefore the money they cost is not worth it !! No thanks,

My mom's unit made a huge difference in her life. I would highly recommend Inogen to anyone requiring oxygen. it was not only great for her, but for family and her friends as well not having to load the tanks in the car every time we went out.

My gracious mom-in-law bought me the Inogen One G-4 because I was hurting myself carrying around a mini portable weighing 8 pounds. What a godsend! I have 2 damaged rotator cuffs and was walking or stumbling around in pain. Now I walk straight and can play with my grandchildren due to the fanny pack carrier. Inogen - don't leave home without it!
