I love the weight and function of the G4 but wish the batteries had more life...double battery on setting of 2 litre just about makes 3 to 3 1/2 hours of use..I never use the single battery as it really has almost no life at all, so I did have to buy a second battery

The Inogen 4 is very noisy and the battery gets way too hot. I shouldn't have to take it out of the holder provided by you so the battery can cool.

The machine makes too much noise. The battery does not last long enough.

Purchased the unit for my 80 year old mother. We chose the double battery option because we are out and about for hours at a time and liked the convenience of not having to worry about battery life. Our only real complaint is that she can't really handle the unit on her own because of the weight with the double battery. Very easy to accidentally increase/decrease the O2 setting when moving the unit, button is very sensitive. Unit has held up well and works perfectly for our needs.

I spent about 3985.00 on a package deal. I never received the 2 extra batteries One large and one small.

Imogen really is more convenient than most, if not all, other models we tried. The only constructive suggestion would be lighter battery weight. With technology of today, one would think there should be a way to develop or incorporate a smaller battery with longer life as most persons who need o2 are frail. Your representative, Barry Mills has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and represents your company well. We have many other patients who comment positively about the size, quietness and freedom of the unit. We promote Inogen as a resource for their o2 needs by providing referrals to Mr Mills.

Compared to the bottles of O2, Inogen tops that Rx. I've found that I am more active NO extra bottles to carry. Very easy, plug it in the car and get going. Not as noisy!!! Battery lasts a decent length of time. Replacement definitly no problem. Over night and on the doorstep!!!! Going out of town, you have to arrange to have a setup wherever you go. Very incovenient.
