While my Inogen One allows me to have oxygen on the go, it does not last more than 30 minutes on setting 4. So what use is it if I am traveling and the trip is more than 30 minutes? Or I get stuck in traffic? Or any number of other things. Reading the information booklet and seeing all the ads induced me to believe that the battery lasted longer than that, so I only ordered the single battery. Since you can ONLY charge the battery in the unit, another important fact that was left out of the documentation, I am SOL if I don't have a car or an electrical plug available. And I can only assume the double battery would only have a 60 minute lifespan.

No Inogen response to missing charger from original packing of parts. Charger G3 not in original box. I have made numerous request of Salesforce to provide the charger. No recommendations to future customers. I will

Have problems with G=4 batteries lasting as long as rated. Also on some of the batteries the charger blinks red rather than showing green when fully charged. The unit is great but batteries are disappointment.

The best thing ever, gave my dad his independence. So convenient, and easy to take along wherever he goes.

Imogen helps me be more mobile. I love it. I would suggest to possible buyers buy two of the larger batteries.

I wasn't told before purchasing that it would make noise so it is difficult to take into an area that quiet is needed

So far the G3 unit has operated as designed, i am happy with the ease of use and the versatility. I will wait until i have used the unit for at least one year before adding another star to the review.

My Inogen system has been a life saver to me. I was able to travel to see my family last November for Thanksgiving, which i didn't know would be the last time we were all together. 2 months later we my one brother passed away and 6 weeks later another brother passed away. We had to fly on all 3 occasions, and had it not been for my Inogen i would not have been able to do so. It has been one of my best purchases ever. Thank you so much.
