Small and lightweight
Easy to charge batteries. Nice and lightweight. Quiet—especially compared to a large floor concentrator.

Alfredo Romeno was very helpful both in ordering the package and the use of the Inogen home unit and the G5. He was VERY helpful. We are glad that we ordered both units,

This company is the worst IMHO, do not do business with them. They misrepresent the Inogen G5, DON'T BUY IT. This product will not operate over 95 degrees F; forget what the specifications say; it's a lie. Used it in Philippines where the heat overwhelms me (paralyzed diaphrgam) and just when I need it 'beep, beep, beep' system error. I tried 3 times, never worked above 95degF. When you try to return this product; that's when you problems begin. I returned this product after returning from the Philippines to visit family. The first delivery needed to be returned within the first week. The second deliver was about 9days after the first. The 30 day return was "base on the the order date" but that is written nowhere. So, in the end they accepted my 'used' 31 day old product less $100. Terrible customer service.

In my eyes this company is a joke! I talked with the on August 24, 2020 about getting a portable concentrator for my 26 year old daughter. She is waiting on a heart and liver transplant, so her heart transplant team has ordered her to wear oxygen at night. She has avm's in her lungs that will go away after she is transplanted. Here it is Jan 4, 2021 and we still don't have their concentrator. I have only heard from them about 4 times since this all started and everytime they want me to do the leg work for them. They called last month, got all info on the heart transplant office and dr. To send paperwork to get approv. Called me Sat. Jan 2nd and want me to take paperwork to have filled out by the dr. Needless to say I told the lady to forget the whole thing and we would keep dragging her big concentrator around with us. This is ridiculous!! I guess we are not important since we were not buying one, but only going to rent. But that is what the gentleman with Inogen told me that we needed to do since we won't need it after she is transplanted and recovers. Sure am glad we had our big bulky concentrator for her to use. Her baseline O2 is 84 all the time and of course drops down lower at the ight when sleeping. Needless to say I am a very pissed off momma
