Very nice product. Took a little getting used to “On demand oxygen “ but once I did it worked well. Has given me freedom to get out and enjoy a beer.

This replaced a rental P.O.C. that was no longer available to me. It works exactly like the former. Since i have only had it for a short time, I don't know what my experience will be when I have to have additional parts or replacements.

I have been stuck in my house using an oxygen concentrator for the past several months. Once I received my Inogen, I would only use it driving in my car for pickup windows while plugged into my car adapter. Tonight, I was able to go grocery shopping throughout the entire store, check out, and carry the groceries to my car. It has truly made a difference in my life. I am gaining more stamina and courage every day to do things I use to do. It has been an excellent purchase.

At first the Inogen was nothing more than an easy and worth the time and learning. But then hubby got sick worse than any of the book lessons and it put me in the hospital with attempts to care for him. Challenges galore for both. We are tackling COPD, couple other things and old age as well. The greatest challenge was ability to travel to doctors and only one of two being able to handle the oxygen and other using it 24/7. I must say that this very comfortably converted us to capable. No, we are not getting better but this is not part of COPD. Our Inogen is pure enjoyment.

un happy with the duration of the batteries. you advertise 6 hours, but no i get two hours. you lied to me. not happy with inogen

I love my Inogen one. It’s so easy to take everywhere.

The customer service I received when I bought my unit was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I actually had to do an exchange for the unit due to a pinging noise that I felt was a little bit louder than I thought from descriptions in the ads. Everything with the exchange went like clockwork but the new unit actually makes the same pinging noise.

Having the Inogen concentrator has been such a blessing. I'm able to get out and enjoy life without dragging around a big tank or worry about running out of oxygen.
