I opted to purchase not rent the Inogen machine, I have a 2 1/2 hour battery and a four hour battery. I wish that they had a little bigger battery for airline traveling.

I had a problem with my Rove 4 and they were very expedient in replacing my unit with a new one. No run around or questions asked I was informed to watch UPS for delivery of the new one.

Constant harassment, I'm on auto pay and they call at all hours 3 am saying I owe they send collection notices , this is every day Im so sick of them I dont owe them a dime yet they keep calling and sending notices

The agent that handled our order was great. She took time to explain everything and answer every question we had. She never rushed us and that is why we decided to purchase the Inogen. Once we received the machine, it was simple to set up. We love it. It's so much easier to carry than dragging oxygen tanks everywhere. The battery lasts close to 4 hours and it comes with a car charger. This little machine is well worth the money.
