Innovation Refunds is 100% a great company. Moren Blazevicwas was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My company received our refund this week! Kelly Leitner/ Leitner Properties LLC

The entire Innovation Refunds team where very helpful throughout the entire process. If we missed anything they were supportive with requesting the additional documentation. Everyone communicated on a regular schedule to let you know how things were advancing through their system. They followed up and reached out - GREAT customer service and thanks to Drew Falco for his quick responses.

Working with Innovation Refunds was a breeze. I am not a numbers person, I handle sales, customer service and the crew. I responded to the link and the team sent me a checklist of items needed. I gathered or asked my accountant to provide the items the list got checked off. I could track my progress and it was easy enough for me. Also, extremely happy with the results which will help us going forward. Running a business in the current and recent history has been the biggest challenge of my 62 years. A sincere thank you for what you have done and the highest of recommendations!

Innovation Refunds has a great team of professional and dedicated people. At first, I was quite skeptical about their program. I soon found out, following their requests and instructions, that the IRS accepted our claim, and I was amazed and thrilled that our refund exceeded their estimate. 6 IRS checks arrived in a timely manner totaling the entire refund at one time. These are great people and I highly recommend them and their company.

When my regularly accountant did not anything about this payroll tax refund so, I decided to reach out to Innovation Refunds. After getting all my paper work together, I was informed that I was entitled to a huge refund so large I don't feel comfortable saying in the review. I have about 20 employees. The company did inform me that it could take 4 months to 10 months to receive my refund and I don't have to pay them their commission until after I receive my refund. I don't mind waiting or paying because without them I won't be receiving anything. Thanks Innovation Refunds. Angelo

I was very hesitant to do this but had a great experience working with Merissa and Michael. It took a while to get it all processed but both were very helpful and continually updated me in the process, i have told a number of friends about the company.

I heard an ad for their services and am very glad I followed through. Sean and Greta have been great to work with and Innovative Refunds did a fabulous job for our store! Steve
