The staff at Innovation Refunds are highly professional and easy to work with. We just finished submitting for our return and I couldn't be happier thus far with how smoothly things have gone. There is a lot of paperwork to gather and submit but this company is clear and concise and certainly patient with your questions.

Customer service and UX/UI at Innovation Refunds are really outstanding. Adrean Johnson-Wigley and Kelsey Ferrell worked with me through two of my applications and made the process super easy. They were eager to help at every step of the way. For the fee that Innovations Refunds charges, I would not expect any less. Glad to see that a good portion of the six figures the company is earning through its contracts with my companies is going toward procuring talented customer service agents. I vetted one of IR's competitors and although they charged a lower fee, their sales folks were of the used car variety and their application/submissions process was way clunky. To Adrean and Kelsey - I hope this review gets you a raise or at least a pat on the back.

Our experience working with Chelsea, Kayla and Drew was excellent! We had lots of questions which they explained in normal verbal conversation that we understood.
