Innovation RefundsReviews of innovationrefunds.com

Sam Estes and the team worked to get things sorted out. They answered questions in a timely manner and our overall experience has been great.

I used them to handle my ERC refund I provided all necessary documentation. It took a couple of months to get the refund and they got their %. The reason I choose this company even though they charged more than others is their guarantee that they would represent me in the event of an audit. One month ago I received a notification from the IRS they were disallowing a refund and demanding I return it. I immediately contacted Innovation Refunds and sent them all correspondence from the IRS. When I did not hear back I contacted the IRS myself and they sent me a worksheet which I also forwarded to Innovations Refund. They assigned my case to an employee who is on vacation. 2 weeks later I have still not heard anything and assume at this point I am on my own. I assume they will refund me the 25% that they collected for their service. Feeling very dissatisfied.

We received a letter in the mail that Innovation Refunds are no longer going to work with our Company. And they re-assigned our case to another tax professional. We jump through hoops to get them all of the information that they required last year AND NOW WE GET THIS. They are a scam and the person that I was dealing with his email is no longer valid. So what gives. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Josh Russo, Fatima Newsome and Amber Clark. We are a very small hardware store in rural Nebraska. By any standard, that's a small Company. Every step of the way, they were helpful, accurate and professional. Never over-promised. We are grateful for all Josh Russo, Fatima Newsome and Amber Clark did to help us get through the process; and receive our Credit. Thank you.

We worked with Innovation Refunds in order to get refunds for the Employee Retention Credits that were due to us by the IRS. The entire process was very professional and handled very timely. Brianna Hunwardsen was my point of contact throughout the process and she kept me informed of the progress from start to finish. Thank you Brianna and team for your assistance. We are 100% completely satisfied.

Innovation Refunds was efficient and easy to work with. Eric Hansen was especially helpful with answering all of our questions and guiding us through the entire process. I would definitely recommend using Innovation Refunds.

Refunds were received as promised! Camryn Overlin worked with us and answered all of our questions in a courtesy and prompt fashion. We are very happy with the final results.

Jeremy Shoars was a great deal of help guiding us through this process. Like everything related to the government they were a few glitches along the way, and Jeremy guided us through those flawlessly.
