Very impressive business! When I had issues understanding what was needed, Jordan and Courtney went out of their way to help me. Our accounting program had glitches and would not give me the information I needed for 2019, yet they came up with a solution. I never thought we would qualify for credit, because our business, when opened, made more than the previous year; they knew the solution, and made it happen! Highly recommended! We can't thank them enough!

I was doubtful that our business would receive the ERC refund since we are a cleaning supply business that prospered during Covid. With skepticism, I began gathering the needed data thinking that even a small ERC amount would be worth the effort. I was assigned several Innovation Refunds employees (Merissa Lovan, Lourdes Quintero and Eddie Miller) that helped me beyond words collecting all the necessary data. They were in constant contact with me and answered all my questions during the process. There are many companies that claim to help you receive your ERC payment but I cannot imagine another company being as helpful and simplifying the process as much as Innovation Refunds.

Cadin was wonderful to work with. Though this process is lengthy (8 months to receive all checks) and the fee is steep (25%), it was well worth it. We received roughly $130,000 in tax credits from previous years. I tried to apply for the ERTC on my own and did not qualify based on financials alone. Thanks to Innovation Refunds, we were able to qualify for all employees for 6 quarters. They were in communication throughout the entire process and helped us get the maximum credit possible.

It was a rough start, but everyone at Innovation worked hard to get us back on track. So far I am happy with Innovation and the staff

I cannot say enough great things about working with Innovation Refunds while going through the ERC process. They made every step easy for us, and we very clear, concise, and prompt in their communications and follow up. The team of people at Innovation Refunds are also top notch. Larry and Nick were a great pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, and we would recommend any business that qualifies for the ERC to go through this great company.

Working with Innovation Refunds was effortless and straigtforward. I was given a small list of reports to send them and they did the rest. Lars Backstrom, Carlos Conrado, Kai Davis and Chelsea Bradle held my hand the whole way and checked in with me Monthly. It took 5 months for our checks to come rolling in but it was well worth it. Thank You!

As an owner of a busy staffing firm, it was necessary to select a company that would work with my schedule to get the documents and ensure we would receive the maximum tax credits. That happened with Refund Specialists Sean Bealer and Robin Williams. From day one, Robin and I connected, and she worked diligently with my team; we were delighted with our expected refund. Sean and Robin, thank you.

I was hesitant that this might be legitimate and that it was some sort of scam. I almost did not apply and there were several times that I bailed on the process. The folks at Innovation Refunds did a great job of leading me through the process to the finish line. I was absolutely shocked at how much I will be getting for the ERC.
