HI Tina, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We LOVE our InkEdibles customers!!! We consider it a privilege to serve you!!! We always try to offer the best quality products and service and, if not, I want to hear about it so we can work to improve. I am glad your sheets arrived in good shape with the thermal packaging. They can be damaged or compromised from frost bite during shipping even if it is not visibly noticeable. We have learned to ship to colder areas with a thermal pack which will absorb sever cold before it has a chance to damage the sheets. All the best, Maria

Dear Ilse, Thank you for trying our new cheese flavored edible paper. I am sorry you were not happy with the way your pizza looked. The sheets can be applied a number of ways. Each pizza had a different moisture level and smoothness, so you should consider how moist (or oily) your pizza is and how smooth the part of the pizza is that you are applying the sheet to. Some people prefer baking the pizza with the sheet on (the color stays beautiful) while others prefer applying it after the pizza is out of the oven. If you choose to wait until after the pizza is baked, then you still have options, you can apply if while it is still bubbly hot or wait for it to cool a bit first. Each method will give a different effect. These can also be used on lasagna, macaroni and cheese, enchilada or casseroles of any kind. We have customers who love them on mashed potatoes! These sheets are a fun was to decorate and personalize savory food. Regarding your comments on the taste, these are Parmesan flavored sheets and Parmesan is a slightly sweeter flavored cheese than many other hard cheeses so these will not have a very cheese flavor like actual cheese but a hint of flavor that should complement your already cheesy dish. I will look into making the flavor “cheesier” which hopefully you will enjoy more. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I always appreciate hearing from our customers! All the best, Maria

Hello Suzanne, I am very sorry about the missing yellow cartridge in your original order. We shipped the replacement as soon as we heard from you about this problem. The UPSP tracking for this replacement shows it was delivered three days later on Saturday, March 7th at 10:18am, the same day that you wrote this review. I will be contacting you privately to confirm that you did in fact receive the replacement as the tracking shows and offering you a discount on your next order as our way letting you know that we sincerely value our customers and understand and apologize for the frustration you have faced with this problem. I thank you for letting me know about this missing item. Our shipping department is usually very well run but the on rare occasion there is a possible mistake or omission. I regret that this omission was so problematic for you. I hope that in the future all of your orders go smoothly and your business thrives! All the best, Maria

Hello Lucilla, Thank you for letting us know about your yellow cartridge. Yellow is the thinnest of all of the edible inks and often more of it absorbs into the sponge part of the cartridge. We fill all of our 251 cartridges with 10-11ml of ink, and the ones that seem emptier may just have ink more absorbed into the sponge. But in the chance that there is not 10-11ml of ink in your yellow, we do not want you to be low of ink so we are sending you replacement yellow cartridge. You should receive it soon. Thank you. All the best, Maria

Hi Roobina, I'm so glad to hear that you liked all the different Edible Papers you ordered. The Premium and the Artisan are both great but different and can be prefect depending on your needs. I think of our Premium Sheets like beautiful high quality cotton; fine, crisp, clean and white, and I think of our Artisan Sheets like equally beautiful high quality silk because of their particularly smooth texture and richness in color. My very favorite are the Dazzle Sheets you also ordered. The Gold and the Silver are so rich and beautiful, and the Pearl is beautifully amazing the way it is iridescent. These are all perfect for special occasions and events like weddings and anniversaries or any time you want a little luxury. Thank you for taking a moment to write a review. We appreciate the kind words and our dear customers like you. We wish you much success! All the best, Maria
