Hello Victoria, I am sorry for your frustration and this misunderstanding. When you placed your order online on January 28th it was charged to your credit card at that time. When you called later in the afternoon to cancel your order, we did cancel and refund you on the same card that you used for the original payment. The refund was processed and sent to your bank. It is up to the discretion of your bank when they post the credit to your account. We have no control over this nor are we able to contact your bank on your behalf. We can provide you with the transaction ID number of the refund from our side (which you may have already received via email) that confirms the funds were transferred from us back to your bank. We received this refund confirmation on January 29th. Perhaps since this all occurred at the end of the month it crossed over between two billing cycles with your bank or their policy for posting credits for refunds is not immediate. Please contact your bank again about this and feel free to contact us if we can help in any way. Please rest assured that we have done our part and that your payment was refunded to you and the refund was confirmed the day after it was charged. Thank you. All the best, Maria

Hello Guy, Thank you for letting us know that you did not receive your last order of frosting sheets. I am sorry that your order has not been delievered yet. Once we ship an order, we do not have control over the delivery, but we do send an email to our customers with the tracking number of their shipment so that our customers can follow and track the progress of their delivery. We always want to know if there is a problem with a delivery so we can help in any way we can! Your order was shipped to you on January 30th, the same day that you placed the order, but I see from your tracking number (which you can find in the email you received when the packaged was shipped, or please feel free to contact us again for your tracking) that the post office attempted to deliver it on February 2nd, but the business was closed at the time and the post office is holding your package. Here is the exact wording from the USPS tracking website (I have removed the name of your city for your privacy): "Your item is being held at the Post Office in ------, on February 2, 2015 at 12:05 pm because the business was closed. The item will be delivered the next delivery day. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender." I do not know from this information if they did attempt to deliver it again or if they left you a note which is customary in all cases of nondelivery. Unfortunately we cannot contact your local post office for you as this package is now your property, but please do contact them to arrange for your package to be delivered. It is still within the 15 day period before they ship it back to us, the sender. I hope that you recieve your frosting sheets soon.
