Before I receved my order, I receved from Fdex a invoice pour taxe us. I dont like receved this before .

I ordered edible ink cartridges for my first order. I had trouble with ink blotches on the wafer paper prints, and contacted them for help. They were extremely responsive, and even offered to call me at home when we couldn't get the issue fixed. I eventually broke the printer, so the issue resolved itself. After the whole ordeal, they offered to give me a discount on any additional ink cartridges I might need for the new printer. My next purchase was their wafer paper and frosting sheets. The quality of the wafer paper is much better than what you can buy on amazon. It costs a bit more, but well worth it, as I don't have as many "goof" prints, so I waste less. I have not tried the frosting sheets yet, but I'm sure if I am disappointed they will gladly make it right.

Great service! Product great and their phone support was super friendly and helpful

Good serv8ce but as i mentioned in an email that got no repky, the last few rines i order thw veey next day i get a coupon, that sucks!reply

Have used other brand photo sheets. The Premium Frosting Sheets make a difference in getting that perfect color print. !!!!!!

I have ordered edible paper from many different companies over the last 2 years. I have found NO other company with a better product! I love dealing with Inkedibles! Great service everytime! Patrick is the agent I deal with the most and have always had a great experience!!! My only complaint would be that you aren't in Canada 😉
