Don't use this app. Worked a few times then just said no to cashing the same checks they cashed before. Waist of time.

Attempted to cash a check 3 months ago. Ingo declined it. I eventually was able to deposit the money into my bank , but not through Ingo. Then, ingo turned my “account “ over to a collection agency for the money they rejected! I sent proof that this money was not owed to agency. Nope, not having it. I sent an email to Ingo today with same proof. I don’t give a fig what happens now. Glad I read these one star posts.

I had 2 checks one for an overpayment and a insurance claim check that I tried to cash at the bank issuer and they said I couldn’t cash it it could only be deposited to try a check cashing place tried so many different places no where would cash it so I went online looking up how to cash it if I didn’t have a bank account and came across ingo so I doenloaded the app and tried it within about 2 minutes of having app I had my money it was so easy and didn’t have to drive around store to store

3 times tried to cash a check. When I thought finally it went through I had to write void on the check and take another picture. Thank goodness I didn't do it. I will go cash it at a store.

How does Ingo stay in business? I presented 2 checks one from a highly recognized US bank, declined with no specific reason. The second decline check from a highly recognizable Insurance company, for no specific reason. Probably bc I opted for the free 10 day wait —no money in it for them

This place is a joke my email address was some how hacked and I called indigo money because I no longer had access to the email and these dumbie s decide to send me an email to verify myself but they sent it to the Old email so I can't access that email now I can't use indigo this is a crock of ****

Don’t use this app for absolutely anything. You literally have to jump through 10 different hoops to cash a check, customer service doesn’t do sh!t to help you, you’re on hold with customer service for at least 25-45mins at a time & after awhile they just hang up an don’t even bother calling you back. I do not recommend this company, I’ve been trying for the last 5 days to cash a very important check into my bank that goes through these bozos & it has been nothing but a major pain in the a$$. Would give them a no star if possible.

This company closed my account because a checked looked like a copy and it was but I didn't copy it the bank did!
