I never have trouble with Ingo, I’ve ran into a hiccup. Where it was denied, I immediately messaged customer care, they were able to go back talk to their team and approve my check within 5 minutes for any misclarification. The people on here ranting, must of just given up. Or had a check that was just purely questionable. In fact all my checks have been personal hand written and never had an issue. A bit costly but instant is always great

I had 2 checks one for an overpayment and a insurance claim check that I tried to cash at the bank issuer and they said I couldn’t cash it it could only be deposited to try a check cashing place tried so many different places no where would cash it so I went online looking up how to cash it if I didn’t have a bank account and came across ingo so I doenloaded the app and tried it within about 2 minutes of having app I had my money it was so easy and didn’t have to drive around store to store

I was so nervous to call and get access to the information I needed to follow up on a declined transaction. This was a significant amount to me and my family. I am very sick and needed the money for prescriptions. Matthew... May God Bless you for your soothing, confident, knowledge self. My Customer Service Representative Gregory Was VERY Professional! This Gentleman Was AWESOME At Getting My Issue Resolved Within A Few Minutes. I Have Not Experienced Customer Service/Support Like Gregory Has Shown Me Today In A Very VERY Long Time... This Man DEFINITELY Deserves A Raise Or An Extended Paid Vacation! I don't know why people are giving such negative reviews unless there reason is due to not having there issue resolved the way they wanted to. I too had issues however,they were able to fix it. I think there customer service is outstanding during my whole issue did I have one rep who wasn't professional, courtesy, and super pleasent. With the 8 phone call I made to them. Yes my issue was resolved and the out come was good. The upper management was also very professional and made sure that I was taken care of!
