We had a technician come in for November wellness month to our office. Each employee received a 20 minute chair massage. Our masseuse was Hummingbird and he was incredible!!! He knew how to get into those muscle areas that needed it the most and every single person in our office raved about their experience.

Wonderful event, our residents enjoyed it. All 3 therapists were great!
Hello
MARY WAS GREAT. THANK YOU!

The employees were not happy with the therapists. Comments that I got were that they felt uncomfortable with one male therapist , "creepy"! also one therapist did not actually massage and just briefly touch them. In addition, one therapist used a massage tool rather than actual massage. Hope this helps.

Hi Mojgan, I'm extremely disappointed to hear this news, and unfortunately this is the first time I'm hearing of this issue. It looks like we performed 36 total 15-minute sessions, were all of the sessions a disappointment? Please know that I will personally follow up with each of the 3 therapists to gather as much information as possible to keep something like this from happening in the future. If you'd like to reach out to me personally, I'll be happy to discuss this with you. And, my apologies for the poor experience, I can't remember the last time we received such a poor rating and frankly I'm embarrassed.
