Hi Irene, My apologies if we fell short on the desired number of therapists requested. I'll definitely look into the issue and see if I can diagnose the issue. With Teacher Appreciation Week being that week, I do know that we were extremely busy and we definitely should not have over-promised what we couldn't supply. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to discuss further, and my apologies again for the issue. Best, Chris Owen Owner - Infinite Massage 866-735-2988 ext 7013

Hi Brettany, My apologies if Tracie was too talkative during the massage visit. We'll definitely reach out to her and make sure she's aware of the disappointment with the visit. Our goal is to be relaxing, and not create unwanted conversation. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to discuss further. Hi Zoe, Again, my apologies for any confusion or issues with the individual onsite. Unfortunately our therapist wasn't exactly sure which attendee had the concerns, as he felt like he gave equal service to everyone who attended. Sometimes there is a lack of communication regarding what to expect, and we've asked our therapist to verbalize these expectations prior to any session. Please feel free to call me with any additional concerns. Best, Chris Owen 866-735-2988 ext 7013

Hi Julie, My apologies if there were issues with the event. This is the first I'm hearing of the problems. We provided a sign-up sheet template with the Client Confirmation Email when we booked each visit. This should have provided the timeline for each session, as well as the unpaid break time for each therapist. I'll be happy to discuss any potential problems with the event and again, my apologies regarding any issues.
