Booked a corporate massage event for two of our locations and the therapists were late to both locations. One therapist did not even bother calling and I had to call their business line twice to get the person there. One of our staff came in specifically for the massage and was taking the rest of the day off. That person did not even get her massage. I reached out to them and they gave me $25 off - seriously? $25? For two events you screwed up on? I will not be using them again.

All went well with correspondence and booking but massage therapist, She came to my home on 7/13/24, “at the last minute” (original therapist unavailable ) though friendly, appeared tired. Several of my guests were unhappy with their massages, (including me). These were supposed to be relaxation massages but it appeared she was very tired from the get-go in that many complained she simply “rested her hand” on our backs for several minutes many times during our massage. My guests complained later that this happened not just once but often during each session. Granted, she did massage our backs somewhat, mostly arms and fingers. Please know that every one of us has had professional massages before and understand that pressing on certain areas/muscles can be beneficial but her ‘resting’ her hand was not beneficial as it landed on areas not even associated with a muscle. Without inquiry from the others, I inquired about this to her during my massage and she said it was relative to “myofascial”. Again, I’ve had many massages and it is established ahead of time if the massage will include myofascial stretching described as “MFR therapy {that} involves massaging and stretching the myofascial tissue to eliminate knots …restrictions”—resting one’s hand with no pressure or stretching is not as described as MFR. I have used your service in the past and was a happy, satisfied customer which is why I booked through Infinite again. However, the massages we received on 7/13/24 were unacceptable in that we each felt ‘resting one’s hand’ repeatedly is simply a way to ‘kill the time’. Because we are nice and generous people we still tipped her 20% of the total cost of $300.00.

Not one staff member commented that they enjoyed their massage and I think we had 12 sessions. For me personally, he cut my massage from 30 minutes to 15 minutes which wasn’t what was agreed to. I was in hurry anyway and needed to get back to work so I didn’t complain.

To be completely honest as far the timing and punctuality - ease of use setting up the service was awesome. The technician/therapist was punctual and clean/sterile, but after that i think was more of a personality issue - none of my coworkers had positive reviews. My experience was so poor I just had her stop. She talked non stop it was not relaxing and the massage was completely unbearable.

My company used Infinite Massage for a seasonal perk last year. We requested to have 2 massage therapists on-site for about 3 hours twice a week. The massage therapists were pretty good but I had a few bad experiences with some of them showing up late to our office. From a logistics perspective, it was incredibly annoying to have to reschedule multiple employees who booked a specific time slot. The worst part of the whole experience was working with my account manager/contact at Infinite Massage. SJ was friendly at first and she seemed to understand our parameters and requirements. After I started flagging a few issues with some of the massage therapists we received, I assumed she would resolve those issues in the future. Unfortunately, that was not the case. She did a poor job in following up on our requests and did not communicate to us when a requirement was not met (e.g. 1 male and 1 female massage therapists). We had to go back and forth so many times on getting rates adjusted b/c of the inconsistency in timely arrivals and honestly, I would not recommend them. Do more research before booking this company unless you like frequent headaches from lack of accountability.

The employees were not happy with the therapists. Comments that I got were that they felt uncomfortable with one male therapist , "creepy"! also one therapist did not actually massage and just briefly touch them. In addition, one therapist used a massage tool rather than actual massage. Hope this helps.

I have worked with Infinite massage on multiple occasions. At the most recent corporate event that I booked through them, the therapists were great, however, I specifically requested that all female therapists be preset at our event 3 times and put it on the RFI. 2 of the 3 therapists sent were male.

I am the Event Planner for this conference and contracted with you for this service. However, the therapist was too laid back and not prepared at 8:30am the 2nd day. I did not personally receive her services, so I cannot attest to her skill, but if we elect your business another time, I certainly want a most engaging and prepared therapist who wants to present their very, very best attentive personality and timeliness, if they truly wish to be considered for their services again in the future.
