We have been doing chair massage events at our office, the end of each year, for several years now. The staff is always on time, pleasant and takes their time to focus on the needs of each individual. Great Customer Service!

My company used Infinite Massage for a seasonal perk last year. We requested to have 2 massage therapists on-site for about 3 hours twice a week. The massage therapists were pretty good but I had a few bad experiences with some of them showing up late to our office. From a logistics perspective, it was incredibly annoying to have to reschedule multiple employees who booked a specific time slot. The worst part of the whole experience was working with my account manager/contact at Infinite Massage. SJ was friendly at first and she seemed to understand our parameters and requirements. After I started flagging a few issues with some of the massage therapists we received, I assumed she would resolve those issues in the future. Unfortunately, that was not the case. She did a poor job in following up on our requests and did not communicate to us when a requirement was not met (e.g. 1 male and 1 female massage therapists). We had to go back and forth so many times on getting rates adjusted b/c of the inconsistency in timely arrivals and honestly, I would not recommend them. Do more research before booking this company unless you like frequent headaches from lack of accountability.

Dakota and Sandy could not have been any better! They are talented and sweet and fit in with us completely. The whole team loved the experience. Thanks for helping make our Team Appreciation Day a great success.

We used this company for an Employee appreciation event. We had 5 Massage Therapists & they were all super friendly. They were always conscience of our Employees making sure they were comfortable. I would use them again in the future.

Infinite Massage provided AMAZING masseuses that were friendly and professional with our staff. I would highly recommend.
