Hi Asi, If there was a misunderstanding regarding your responsibilities as a service provider, I do apologize for not making our expectations more clear. We've worked with hundreds of therapists over the years since 2009, and we've always provided instructions about how to actively work with our company. After discussing the issue internally, we've noted that unfortunately you weren't able to follow the instructions we'd provided in order to become an active massage therapist with Infinite Massage. And, there was definitely some sort of failure as far as expectations. Unfortunately we don't like working with folks who are rude and disrespectful on the telephone. We tried to take your information and your attitude was extremely poor. We actually like making money, and would prefer to take incoming business, but when we have to deal with someone with your demeanor, it's not worth the effort. I have discussed the issue with her in detail and I think there was some frustration on her part that may have spilled over during the visit. We do charge by the session, but your event came out to 8 hours even so I am not sure why that was unclear. When you tried to squeeze in more people, I was met with attitude in regards to having to pay more. After trying to work with you and your associate over multiple calls and emails, you starting speaking down to me as if you were speaking to one of your students at your school. At that point, I realized it was best to part ways and let you find another company that could accommodate the very specific checklist you needed in order to fit all of the massages into everyone's lunch break. I hope you were successful!

Hi Mina, My sincere apologies for the issue this morning. I know everyone was disappointed with the last-minute cancellation by the therapist. Unfortunately (especially on the heals of Covid) we have to treat every illness as a very serious issue and we don't want to send you a sick therapist. Typically we are able to find a replacement, but in this instance, we didn't have anyone available. I'm happy to discuss this in detail over the phone if you'd like to reach out to me directly. Hi Chantal, My apologies for this issue, this is the first that I'm hearing of a negative experience. It looks like we've been to your location 4 different times recently, was it one specific therapist that caused this issue? Feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss, we definitely do not want to work with any therapists that are both late and unprofessional and I'd like to know exactly who gave poor service. Hi Raeven, Frankly I'm a little shocked at your review. We've been in business since 2009 and this might be the most blatantly incorrect summarization that we've encountered. At the end of the event, we simply asked your company to pay for services that had provided. That's sort of how this whole process works. Apparently someone in your organization agreed with us because the invoice was paid in full. I guess you needed to get in one last shot at our company, I hope it was worth your time and effort. As we discussed on the day of the event, there was an ice storm in Indianapolis and our therapist didn't feel comfortable driving in those conditions to your location. We take the safety of our therapists very seriously and we made every effort to find a replacement therapist that morning. As a small business owner, I don't think your rating of one star is fair, or valid, but it is interesting how you felt compelled to attack our small business without sharing the full story.
