No communication about delivery. Sofa was delivered curbside without any notice. No tracking info given and info available through Shop app was incorrect. Sofa was delivered while I was at work. I emailed industry west twice and received no response. Industry West does not care about their products or customers. Avoid them.

They shipped me a light fixture with the bulb inside which obviously broke. I wanted to return the light within their 15 day return policy. I let them know the lightbulb was broken so that I wouldn't be charged, they insisted on shipping me a new one. I said don't want the light. Why would they ship it with the bulb inside anyway? Incompetent fraudsters.

ordered over 7k dollars worth of bar seating. We didn't receive them as expected, so I called in and was told they were now 12 weeks out. We are a seasonal business so I tried to cancel the order to shop elsewhere- which they don't allow. Truly an absurd policy that has cost our business dearly. Still don't have the chairs

Absolutely awful customer service. I received a dining table missing parts but with an extra table top (how???). I had to beg customer service to even talk to me because it had been purchased from their warehouse site (no customer service). I spent 4 hours trying to resolve the problem and yet 3 days later nothing has changed.

I am an interior designer. I ordered chairs for a design client. My client was notified by a rep they would need further verification, which we provided them with. After 3 days of emailing Industry West daily to check to status and no response we canceled the order. I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life.

Ordered a side table but it was taking forever to deliver so I cancelled the order. Confirmed refund with their customer service but they never refunded me. Shady company.

I purchased a coffee table and they charged me and never sent me the item. They have not responded to two requests to cancel and have a refund issued. Simply no response at all. Need to contact my credit card company. Very odd.
