Well, they wanted a review about the items I haven’t received. Interesting

The large vest is too small. I need a return label to exchange it for an extra large. I spoke with customer service representative in the returns department yesterday and gave him my reference number 399897. I still have not received instructions on how to return or exchange the vest I have or a label to do such.

Customer service was good, shipping took forever

When my order never showed up and it was well past the latest anticipated delivery date I reached out to Industrial Safety Products to see what the issue was. I assumed there was a shipping issue-- not so. 11 days after I had placed my order and 6 days since they said it would arrive, I found out they had not even begun to fulfill the order! And they didn't say a word to me about it until I contacted them and even then there was no explanation. I'm glad they refunded me the following week but seriously, I don't know how this is a real business.
