Zipper broke on day 3, phone pocket too small.

I placed an order on the 23rd of September 2024. It is now the 15th of October 2024 and my order (Order #402940) has yet to even be fulfilled. I emailed about it on the 2nd of October 2024 and got a response on the 3rd of October 2024. I was then informed that my order would begin shipping within a week. It is now 12 days later since that email and my order is still waiting fulfillment. I would give the experience 1 star but am giving the service 2 stars since I at least got a reply. Again my Order #402940 has yet to ship.

Shipping and communication was top notch. Was pleasantly pleased with a follow email asking if I received my order.

Didn’t say on website that product was on back order had been almost a month and item is still back ordered
