Shipping is remarkably fast, however they have a policy of requiring signatures for orders over $700. It's a bit of a process to get that removed for future orders. Items appear to be quality units, time will tell.

Place is a joke. Tracking been stuck on label created awaiting package for over 3 weeks and customer support is no help. Lied several times saying was in transit when obviously it’s not according to the tracking number. Gave every run around to not refund my money and still fighting with them over it and no closer to resolving the issue.

Hello Bradley, We're sorry to hear that your package has not arrived. We can see that a claim has been filed with USPS and typically the investigation must play out before a resolution can be implemented. For your convenience, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please keep an eye out for an emailed receipt. If you have not received it, check your junk and spam folders, and do not hesitate to reach out with any additional questions or concerns. https://www.industrialcommerciallighting.com/contact/form/emailUs

This 6"LED Recessed Downlight was a perfect fit! Great price, easy transaction, and it even was delivered earlier than expected.
