It's 2 weeks since I placed my order and I'm still waiting for delivery!! I am in Ky.and they are in Mo. I ordered two other items at the exact same time, one came from Ca. and the other one came from Fl. Both have been delivered and installed while I still wait for this order!! I will buy from ANY one else in the future. Just really frustrating!! Liars!

Hi Dalton, Thank you for reaching out! We're sorry for the confusion and understand your concern about not receiving a shipping confirmation. Your order was placed on October 12, which was a holiday, and shipped the next business day. An email containing your tracking number was sent to the confirmed email address on file, but it may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. We will resend the shipping confirmation email so you can access your tracking information and view the latest delivery updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Light is terrible quality, barely works on some parts and doesn’t work on some other parts. I wouldn’t not recommend purchasing.
Response from Industrial Commercial LightingOct 16, 2026
Hi Stephen, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are sorry to hear that the light strip hasn’t performed as expected. The strip is covered under warranty, and we also offer a 45-day refund policy. After reviewing your purchase, it appears you purchased a single strip without any additional accessories or power supplies. We’d like to speak with you to better understand your setup and help troubleshoot the issue, as proper connections and supplying the correct amount of power are essential for the strip to function properly. Please give our Product Support team a call at 1-866-590-3533, option 3, so we can help determine what may be causing the issue. If the product ultimately doesn’t work for your application, you’re welcome to return it for a refund within our 45-day return window. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to help make this right! https://www.industrialcommerciallighting.com/contact/form/email-us

I will not use ICL ever again. They held my order for a week.
Response from Industrial Commercial LightingSep 28, 2026
Good afternoon Robert, We’re sorry for the frustration regarding your order. We understand how disappointing it can be when an order is delayed. When the order was placed, a tax-exempt status was requested. We emailed you requesting the required legal documentation to verify the tax-exempt status and provided seven days for the documentation to be submitted. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required form within that timeframe, so the order was canceled. If you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, you’re welcome to place a new order and send your completed tax-exempt documentation to [email protected]. We’ll be happy to assist with processing your tax-exempt status once the required documentation is received. We appreciate your understanding. https://www.superbrightleds.com/contact/form/email-us

Never received item. USPS says they never picked it up from Industrial Commercial Lighting.
Response from Industrial Commercial LightingSep 25, 2026
Hi Gary, We’re very sorry that you have not received your order. Your order was placed and shipped from our warehouse on 9/16 via Standard USPS delivery. At the time the order shipped, we also sent you an email with the USPS tracking number so you could follow the shipment. Unfortunately, after reviewing the tracking information provided by USPS, it appears that the package may have been lost in transit. When you contacted us, we explained that we would be filing a claim with USPS for the lost package, and an RMA was also filed so that you can receive a refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to become available. In the event that USPS recovers the package and it is delivered to you, please use the prepaid return shipping label we provided to return the package to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. If you have any further questions or need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be happy to help. https://www.industrialcommerciallighting.com/contact/form/email-us
