Does not even deserve 1 star very poor service

This is a seriously flawed app. Dont waste your time. You will never get any order within your current location. The closest order is no less than 6km away. Had been with them for 6 months and decided to stop wasting time. Dirt cheap offers from passenger base. And when you make your complain they'll just entertain with current location no orders. However as soon as you drive out of the area, orders pops out behind you. Waste of time...!!!

non profitable platform fake… a very non profitable platform fake rides with non co operative assistance uber and creem a good business platform and devalue your car i think buy one donkey for indriver rides for lower then bike rate

Driver is out and out lier.Misbehaved by all activities during yesterday's ride from office to home.He stopped his mobile net before the ride and even during the ride.His attitude is mischievous and dangerous for young lady traveller.Being a 58 Yr old lady I somehow managed.

What does a one star mean

worst experience when ever i booked my cab everytime driver ask me to pay more which is illegal and everytime without any reason indriver suspend my account for 24 hrs . please check this and work on this else you loose you customer.

I took a ride from Howrah station to my destination in south Kolkata, beside South City complex. The driver, David Pramanik (car no.WB090912) confirmed he knew the location of our destination, but demanded extra money ( three times more than the original fare quoted by him),when we were already half way through in the journey. When we refused to pay the extra amount, he dropped us in the middle of the road and drove away. In Kolkata, opt only for Uber or Ola, and not this app, inDrive because their map is INACCURATE and their drivers are rude & unprofessional.

Used for the 1st time today. Spent a while checking out the Driver ( Age etc ) plus their car ( Age, Size etc ) Booked the ride. Got a call saying the original driver and car were not available and the job had been passed on!! Passed on to who?? Someone not signed up on the site - so if there is any danger we have NO come back... Cancelled Rider and Deleted App
