Scam at Istanbul Airport / Massive overcharge and zero support! ⚠️ 1 Star – Extremely disappointed and scammed. I booked an inDrive ride in Istanbul from Pera Rose Hotel to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The estimated fare shown in the app upon booking was around 2,308 TRY. The ride took less than an hour with zero traffic or delays. When arriving, the driver entered a higher amount, and in the end, 4,132.13 TRY was charged directly to my card—almost double the estimated price. I contacted customer support with all the proofs (initial estimate screenshot, taximeter, and bank charge). Their only reaction was sending repetitive, useless automated apologies, claiming "compensation is not applicable" while doing nothing to refund my stolen money. InDrive essentially protects overcharging drivers and ignores fraud. Avoid using this app if you don't want to get scammed. I am now filing a chargeback through my bank.

Indrive Mexico has been great reasonable prices and nice drivers. Pick up and drop of service is good. Drivers even stop and let u take pics of sites on route

Course inacceptable avec le chauffeur Tanjona (Peugeot 205 rouge, immatriculation 9528TS). Dès mon entrée dans le véhicule, il s'est permis des propos gravement indiscrets, déplacés et déplorables sur ma vie privée et mes origines. En plus de ce manque total de professionnalisme et de respect, il a tenté de me surfacturer la course en prétextant un faux détour (exigeant 20 000 Ariary au lieu de 18 000) et a fait des remarques insistantes et déplacées pour exiger des pourboires. Un tel comportement est intolérable pour un service de transport. J'attends un retour rapide de votre part et des sanctions fermes à l'encontre de ce chauffeur

Indrive Pakistan is the worst app you can rely on. They saying "Marzi k fares" ghanta. Their drivers never accept a ride on the app recommended price always higher than recommended fare. Ni customer support available. Once a driver try to threaten me when I complained against him indrive instead of cooperating started defending that shit who was trying to kidnap. Shittest app to rely on. Their instagram team is too busy commenting on irrelevant posts instead of replying to customers messages.

I don’t know what’s wrong with your fare system, but you’re charging 200–250 PKR for a trip that takes only 12 minutes, and drivers are offering fares as high as 350–400 PKR. Because of these unreasonable prices, no one is willing to accept the ride. Why should passengers pay such high fares for such short distances? I’m really disappointed with inDrive. Instead of making rides affordable and convenient, you’re making things more difficult for passengers. I’m seriously thinking about deleting this app and switching to Yango, because your pricing system is becoming frustrating and unfair. Please fix this issue and take action against these excessive fares. 😡

I cannot understand for the life of me why drivers are allowed to cancel rides after increasing the suggested fair greatly. Not to mention the wait time is ridiculously long only for your ride get canceled absurdity. It's as if a costumer requesting a ride is merely a suggestion and that you arriving to your destination is them doing you a favor. The drivers that actually do pick up are professional and polite but at that point it's not even worth a good review. Do better in drive.

Most drivers should be changed. They book and wait, and then five minutes later the driver cancels the reservation. They're never sure about the location, either before or after. What GPS do you use? Grab will be more expensive but the service is worth the price difference.
