I had a ride in Domican Republic. The driver dropped me of anywhere and completed the ride. It was 11 pm. He told me to drive me home i have to paid him more. He definitely charged me 4 times of the initial amount. It was the worst I've ever had in my life. Be aware... it's not secure at all. Driver name: Bendji Car : Hyundai Sonata Gray PLATE: A712023

Very poor drivers and service

I think my worst experience ever. Driver went to wrong place and been saying he is in the location. And added up so much of waiting fee to me and at the end he canceled the ride and I got waiting fee charged. What’s going on !!!

I have taken two rides through this app. It is not people driven, rather it's driver driven app only. Customers have to accept the fare offered by them. There is no other option for them. This app is very poor in terms of technology and features. It's still unable to generate the receipt of my first ride even after so many complaints. Moreover, it doesn't allow to save locations like the other such apps viz. Uber, Ola, Rapido, BluSmart, etc. Last but not the least, you can't give feedback on the app itself.
