Hi I would suggest, use other app like ola, uber, rapido. Drivers were unprofessional, misbehave and bad manner. I took 4 to 5 rides but my experience was painful so I have putted tentative date here. Fare price comparatively low so drivers not taking pickup and put long hold to customers. If someone taken a call and fare price comparatively low and they hadn't been come to location , they called you and forced to cancel the ride by giving nonsense excuses or improperly conversation with you so that automatically you will be cancelled ride from your end. Suggestion to indrive , kindly make a strict and lawful contract with drivers whenever they gets registered for business .

Helll guys. On the 14 April 2023 I requested a ride from InDriver to collect a parcel from town a bring it to my location the driver name was Francy with car number plate CA619311 black Fiat Palio darkgrey, the agreed price is R95. When he arrived he claims I made him wait in which I don’t believe so because I waited for him at the designated drop off point and his car wasn’t there. My phone battery was low so had to move to charge a get ahold of him. He made me pay R130 if not he would have held my good to his possessions. InDriver is good app but their driver has tendency to inflate prices because the measure of suspending or blocking their profile of such happens that why the driver do that. I’m not impressed cause the agent Subjarih didn’t give any complaint log number nothing. InDriver should do a better job in ensuring customers are happy and not allowing drivers to inflate the price.
