This service is not readily available like other services such as Uber, even Ola, but it takes time to be popular to be like Uber. The driver told me it is good for them as Uber takes 27.5%. Uber must have fixed amount like service fee than excessive %. I would support such apps than feed Uber company which earns doing nothing feeding on drivers?

Estou em uma cidade no Bradil governador Valadares e realmente o serviço de tarifa chega a ser exorbitante, pois creio que os motoristas estão fora da realidade qdo apresentam seus preços. Tenho app Uber e sempre pego a tarifa com eles para saber exatamente o valor da corrida para onde quero ir. Um exemplo: o Uber dá-me um preço de 12 reais e então vou para Indrive e tenho uma bela surpresa. Ponho o preço de 13 e recebia as tarifas desde 20 até 40 reais. Ninguém aceita nem de 15. Eles pensam que somos ricos e que somos otarios para ter que pagar uma tarifa tão abusiva. Pode ser bom pra eles mas para nós passageiros não apresenta nenhuma economia. Fiquei 25 minutos à espera até que um bom Samaritano aceitou por 15. Engodo e falta de caráter desses motoristas. Faz 5 anos que apanho o Uber em todos os locais para onde viajo, maspor desgraça o Uber aqui não é muito assíduo e as vezes nem tem pois todos foram para o Indrive para ganhar dinheiro fácil.

It's quite ironic is when the in Driver counters my offer and I accept it and when I realise that the time to reach me is beyond normal time lines, then I don't have a choice but to cancel the trip. Then is it one sided and my account gets locked. Kindly understand that during rush hour customer will explore more than one aap to look at options and at time non have vehicles to provide, in such a scenario why is the aap provider not penalized. Secondly, when the time shown to reach the customer is more than 10 to 15 minutes then the customer has every right to cancel the trip. Appreciate it you could do a route cause analysis before assuming and jumping the Gun that the customer frequently cancels, but why cancels the reasons are not collated. There is no number where you can call. I had written a mail at the mail id mentioned in your message, till date no response. Why don't you have a customer service contact number.?

Multiple times I’ve tried using this. And every time someone has accepted my fair amount, cancelled then popped back up requesting more. The drivers are greedy beyond anything. Especially when they accept a fair for say $15, cancel and then request $18+. Then there are stupid wait times on top of that if you manage to keep that driver who is 3 suburbs over, which could result in you being late for work or an appointment or something.

There was a driver named Henry he drivers a Kia Rio license plate FK74YJ GP, this driver is extremely rude and very unprofessional it seems is not serious about his job I would urge anyone that finds this driver not to ride with him
